Your Tasks

Übernahme der eigenständigen kaufmännischen Verantwortung für ein gewerbliches Immobilienportfolio in Deutschland

Erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Mieter:innen in allen Angelegenheiten rund um das Mietvertragsverhältnis

Koordination sämtlicher Immobilien- und Mietvertragsthemen in enger Abstimmung mit unserem technischen Property Management

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren internen Immobilienfachbereichen (Vermietung, Asset Management, Investment, Buchhaltung, Rechtsabteilung)

Nachtrags- und Forderungsmanagement sowie Durchführung und Sicherstellung von Mieterhöhungen

Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Behörden inkl. Vertragsmanagement und Koorespondenz

Abwicklung von Versicherungsfällen, digitale Rechnungsbearbeitung und Stammdatenpflege in SAP RE/FX

Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Nebenkostenabrechnungen sowie Durchführung der Widerspruchsbearbeitung

Mitwirkung bei jährlichen Portfolio- und Objektplanung sowie Reporting an unser Asset Management

Your Profile

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene immobilienspezifische Ausbildung oder Studium im Immobilienmanagement

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Immobilienbereich mit gewerblichem Schwerpunkt

Fundierte fachliche Kenntnisse im gewerblichen Mietrecht

Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsmentalität gepaart mit sicherem Auftreten und Belastbarkeit

Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit

Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Eigenmotivation und Kommunikationsstärke

Versierter Umgang mit SAP RE-FX und MS Office-Anwendungen

Reisebereitschaft und Führerschein Klasse B
