Senior Projektmanager:in Corporate Real Estate Management

Deine Aufgaben

Gesamtverantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung des Programms Next Generation Headquarters (NextGen HQ)

Koordination und Steuerung externer Berater:innen, Fachplaner:innen und Dienstleistenden (u. a. Workplace, Architektur, TGA, Bau) in enger Abstimmung mit den internen CREM-Funktionen

Überführung von Workplace-, Flächen- und Bestandskonzepten in priorisierte Umsetzungsmaßnahmen, Realisierungswellen und eine belastbare Roadmap

Sicherstellung der Projektziele hinsichtlich Qualität, Zeit, Budget und Umsetzbarkeit sowie Aufbereitung entscheidungsreifer Unterlagen für Management und Gremien

Strukturierung und Steuerung der Projektorganisation, relevanter Schnittstellen sowie laufendes Reporting

Aktives Management zentraler Stakeholder einschließlich Geschäftsführung, Betriebsrat, Nutzervertretungen, Fachbereichen und weiterer Gremien

Moderation von Zielkonflikten und Herbeiführung tragfähiger Entscheidungen in komplexen Abstimmungs- und Mitbestimmungsprozessen

Steuerung von Change-, Kommunikations- und Beteiligungsmaßnahmen zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung einer Workplacetransformation

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Immobilienwirtschaft, Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Facility Management oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Immobilien-, Bau-, Modernisierungs- oder Workplace-Projekte, idealerweise im Unternehmens- oder Konzernumfeld

Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams sowie in der Steuerung externer Dienstleistender und Fachplaner:innen

Fähigkeit, strategische Konzepte in umsetzbare Maßnahmen, Projektpläne und priorisierte Arbeitspakete zu überführen

Sicherer Umgang mit komplexen Stakeholder-Strukturen, idealerweise auch in mitbestimmten Organisationen

Ausgeprägte Kompetenz in Projektsteuerung, Priorisierung, Reporting und Entscheidungsaufbereitung

Hohe Umsetzungsstärke sowie ein gutes Verständnis für Schnittstellen zwischen Workplace, Bau, technischem Gebäudebetrieb, Modernisierung und Budgetlogik

Hohe Umsetzungsorientierung sowie sehr gute Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten auf Fach- und Managementebene

Erfahrung in Transformations-, Change- oder Flächenentwicklungsprozessen; Kenntnisse in datenbasierter Projektsteuerung oder digitalen FM-/Workplace-Systemen sind von Vorteil
