Deine Aufgaben

Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Sach-Produkten im Bereich Real Estate entlang des gesamten Lebenszyklus

Aktive Steuerung der Profitabilität und Performance der Produkte und des Portfolios inkl. geeigneter Maßnahmenableitung

Bewertung und Zeichnung von Real Estate-Portfolios

Aktive Ausgestaltung der Partnerverbindung und Prozessoptimierung bei fremdverwalteten Beständen mit Fokus auf Prozessstabilität

Gestaltung von Leistungen und Produktdetails in Abstimmung mit relevanten Stakeholdern und Schnittstellenbereichen

Fachliche Konzeption von Tarifen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Aktuariat

Analyse aktueller Marktpotenziale sowie von Markt- und Gesetzesänderungen

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Betrieb, IT und weiteren Schnittstellen

Sicherstellung regulatorischer Anforderungen

Strukturierung und Aufbereitung von komplexen fachlichen Themen insbesondere für Gremienabstimmungen

Dein Profil

Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

Erfahrung im Produktmanagement oder Underwriting, idealerweise mit Erfahrungen im Bereich Real Estate

Erfahrung in der Portfoliosteuerung und Pozessoptimierung eines Komposit-Versicherers

Gutes fachliches Verständnis für Versicherungsprodukte (Real Estate bzw. Sachsparten von Vorteil)

Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen klar zu strukturieren und empfängergerecht aufzubereiten

Sicherer Umgang mit Daten und der Analyse größerer Datenmengen

Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern

Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Spaß an der Gestaltung neuer Themen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
