Du willst komplexe Rückversicherungsprozesse mit sauberem Code, modernen Architekturen und Cloud‑Technologien lösen? Als Senior Java Fullstack Developer bei HDI entwickelst du cloudbasierte, serviceorientierte Anwendungen für den internationalen Einsatz.

Du arbeitest mit Java & Spring Boot im Backend, modernen Web‑Technologien wie Angular im Frontend und modellierst effiziente Workflows mit Camunda. Neben der Feature‑Entwicklung treibst du Automatisierung im Azure‑Umfeld (Infrastructure as Code) voran und verbesserst kontinuierlich Services, Tools und Entwicklungs‑ sowie Betriebsprozesse.

In einem agilen Setup (Scrum/SAFe) arbeitest du eng mit anderen Entwickler:innen, Business Analyst:innen und Fachexpert:innen zusammen – pragmatisch, lösungsorientiert und mit hoher technischer Verantwortung.

Deine Aufgaben

Entwicklung, Weiterentwicklung und Betrieb cloudbasierter, serviceorientierter Anwendungen im Rückversicherungskontext der Industrieversicherung

Umsetzung von Backend‑ und Fullstack‑Lösungen mit Java und Spring Boot, ergänzend moderne Web‑Technologien (z. B. Angular)

Modellierung, Integration und Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen mit Camunda

Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung moderner Architekturkonzepte sowie performanter, skalierbarer Services

Aufbau und Pflege von Infrastructure‑as‑Code‑Lösungen und Automatisierung für den Betrieb auf Microsoft Azure

Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Services, Entwicklertools sowie Dev‑ & Betriebsprozessen

Sicherstellung von Code‑Qualität durch Clean‑Code‑Prinzipien und automatisierte Tests (z. B. JUnit, Playwright)

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwickler:innen, Business Analyst:innen und Fachexpert:innen im agilen Umfeld (Scrum / SAFe)

Aktive Mitwirkung an der Stabilisierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Anwendungen

Einsatz von AI‑Tools im Entwicklungsalltag, z. B. zur Unterstützung im Testing, beim Verstehen von Code oder für erste Coding‑Ansätze

Dein Profil

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Java‑Anwendungen mit Spring Boot und Web‑Technologien im Fullstack‑Umfeld (idealerweise Angular)

Sehr gute Kenntnisse in serviceorientierten Architekturen (z. B. REST, APIs)

Erfahrung im Umgang mit Cloud‑Umgebungen, bevorzugt Microsoft Azure

Praxis im automatisierten Testen (z. B. JUnit, Playwright)

Erste Kenntnisse in Infrastructure‑as‑Code und Automatisierung von Cloud‑Betrieb

Erfahrung im Einsatz von AI – z. B. zur Unterstützung im Entwicklungsalltag oder bei der Integration von AI‑Funktionalitäten in Anwendungen
