Deine Aufgaben

Identifikation, Ansprache und Gewinnung neuer strategischer Kooperationspartner für HDI Bancassurance

Repräsentation des Unternehmens als unser Gesicht im Markt und aktive Positionierung bei relevanten Marktteilnehmern

Aufbau und Pflege belastbarer Beziehungen zu Vorständen, Geschäftsführungen, leitenden Funktionen und weiteren Entscheidungsträgern

Analyse von Trends und Marktpotenzialen undsowie Übersetzen dieser in neue Vertriebsansätze und Wachstumsinitiativen

Stärkung der Positionierung von HDI Bancassurance als Impulsgeber im Markt durch innovative Formate und wirksame Vertriebsansätze mit Fokus auf die Kernprodukte Altersvorsorge, biometrische Absicherung und Annexprodukte

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder ein vergleichbarer Studiengang

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Entwicklung strategischer Partnerschaften im Finanzdienstleistungs-, Banken- oder Versicherungsumfeld

Belastbares Netzwerk zu relevanten Marktteilnehmern sowie Zugang zu Entscheidern auf Geschäftsführungs- und Vorstandsebene

Nachweisliche Erfolge bei der Identifikation, Gewinnung und dem Ausbau neuer Kooperationen und Geschäftspartnerschaften

Ausgeprägtes Gespür für Marktpotenziale sowie die Fähigkeit, daraus nachhaltige Geschäftsbeziehungen mit messbarem Mehrwert zu entwickeln

Souveränes Auftreten auf Top Management Ebene sowie hohe Überzeugungs- und Verhandlungskompetenz

Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Interessen zusammenzuführen, Vertrauen aufzubauen und Partner langfristig für gemeinsame Ziele zu gewinnen

Unternehmerisches Denken verbunden mit einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative, Umsetzungsstärke und Ergebnisorientierung

Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B sowie Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Reisen im Rahmen der Betreuung und Entwicklung strategischer Partnerschaften; ein Dienstfahrzeug wird hierfür zur Verfügung gestellt.
