Your Responsibilities

You support the development and implementation of machine learning algorithms for applications in acoustic scanning microscopy

Working closely with the team, You contribute to the creation and maintenance of data processing and analysis pipelines in Python

In addition, You help integrate and maintain software components developed in C or C#

When it comes to annotating and preparing data for machine learning, You provide reliable support

You take part in testing, documenting and troubleshooting existing ML applications

Your contributions support research projects in signal processing, deep learning and microscopy

Your Profile

You are currently enrolled in a technical degree program, such as computer science, engineering, physics or a comparable field

You have practical experience in programming with Python and feel confident working with data

Initial knowledge of C or C# is an advantage, but not a requirement

You are interested in topics related to machine learning, image processing and data analysis

Working in a team comes naturally to You, and You enjoy familiarizing Yourself with new technical and scientific topics

Technical and scientific contexts do not deter You; ideally, You already have a basic understanding of signal processing or scientific work

You are able to communicate very well in both English and German, verbally and in writing
