CONTRÔLEUR DE GESTION H/F

EN CDD 6 MOIS RENOUVELABLE - RUNGIS

Pour un remplacement de congés maternité, nous recherchons notre futur contrôleur de gestion ! basé à Rungis, Il/elle aura pour mission de piloter la performance commerciale & financière de l’entité.

Rattaché(e) à l’équipe Contrôle de Gestion et dans le cadre d’un besoin de renfort de l’équipe actuelle, vous intervenez en qualité de Business Partner des équipes Operations. Vous contribuez au bon pilotage de la performance de l'activité par la construction et l’animation d’indicateurs de gestion commerciaux et financiers. Vous accompagnerez les directions Supply Chain et certaines fonctions Support dans le suivi de leurs résultats, la construction des prévisionnels et l'identification des leviers de création de valeur et de réductions de couts.

Dans une logique de polyvalence et de continuité de service, le Business Controller intervient sur l'ensemble des processus du contrôle de gestion

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

Pilotage de la performance

Identifier les écarts par rapport au budget, au forecast et à l'année précédente.

Produire des analyses permettant d'orienter les prises de décision.

Participer aux revues mensuelles de performance.

Business Partner

Accompagner les managers dans le suivi de leur activité.

Challenger les hypothèses opérationnelles.

Clôture et reporting

Participer aux clôtures mensuelles.

Produire les reportings de pilotage.

Garantir la qualité et la cohérence des données financières.

Contrôle interne et qualité des données

Contrôler les imputations analytiques.

Réaliser les contrôles de cohérence SAP.

Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus.

Documenter les procédures et modes opératoires et participer à leur amélioration continue.

Projets

Contribuer aux développements Power BI et outils de reporting.

Être force de proposition dans l'automatisation et la simplification des analyses.

Vous pourrez réaliser des études ponctuelles de gestion à la demande de la Direction.

Ces missions sont susceptibles d’évolution en fonction des changements d’organisation décidés par la Direction et des compétences professionnelles du salarié.

PROFIL ET COMPÉTENCES

Bac +5 Finance, Contrôle de Gestion ou Audit.

3 à 8 ans d'expérience en contrôle de gestion.

Compétences techniques

Contrôle de gestion.

Analyse financière.

Excel avancé.

SAP.

Power BI/Qlikview.

Reporting et forecast.

Qualités personnelles

Curiosité.

Esprit critique.

Capacité d'analyse.

Orienté solutions.

Excellentes qualités relationnelles.

Contrat : CDD à pourvoir à partir de décembre - Temps plein 35h, du lundi au vendredi

Salaire : Selon profil, entre 36.000 et 44.000€ brut annuel selon profil – statut cadre
