ACHETEUR MATIIERES PREMIERES (H/F)

CDD TEMPS PLEIN, A POURVOIR DÈS QUE POSSIBLE

L’acheteur Matières Première est intégré à l’équipe Achat France composée de 3 acheteurs, un assistant achat, et directement rattaché à la Responsable des Achats France. Il doit régulièrement communiquer avec les acheteurs groupe et les acheteurs des autres filiales.

L’Acheteur MP aura la charge la négociation avec les fournisseurs de l’ensemble des matières premières nécessaires à la fabrication des produits des 2 usines Patisfrance Puratos en veillant au strict respect des spécifications produits.

MISSIONS

Collecte et analyse des besoins dont l’innovation

Analyse des marchés des Matières Premières

Participation à la définition des spécifications matières premières avec les différents services de l’entreprise

Elaboration de la strategie de la catégorie et du portefeuille fournisseur – segmentation des fournisseurs – alignement avec la stratégie des acheteurs du groupe – utilisation des outils/modèles du groupe et partage de bonnes pratiques entre filiales. Support aux initiatives de création de filière durable du groupe.

Lancement de RFIs, préselection de fournisseurs

Lancement d’appel d’offres – mise en compétition

Sélection finale et allocation marché aux fournisseurs & Négociation des termes commerciaux, optimisation des MOQ versus coût stockage et immobilisation financière

Contractualisation fournisseurs à court terme, moyen terme, long terme avec mise à jour des masterdatas & communication en interne des parties prenantes (dont finance, approvisionnement, qualité, R&D)

Suivi de la performance fournisseur et de sa santé financière, du respect de nos termes commerciaux, de la réglementation en vigueur et de nos cahiers des charges

Gestion du relationnel fournisseur – support aux innovations – suivi des tendances volumes

Lancement et lead de projets de productivités et de sécurisation du sourcing. Support au projet de la rationalisation de la catégorie & à l’analyse des risques. Intégration du développement durable comme critère de choix.

Communication des infos marchés via des newsletters, lors de présentation au comité de direction et aux séminaires des commerciaux

Communication étroite avec le service finance pour alerter des mouvements de prix et donner des perspectives sur les prix d’achats futurs, mesure de la performance achat versus les prix de marché. Elaboration du budget.

Participation à l’amélioration continue des process, outils achat et dashboards

Nota bene : Toute description de fonction ne possède qu’un caractère énonciatif. Ces missions sont susceptibles d’évolution en fonction des changements d’organisation décidés par la Direction et des compétences professionnelles du salarié.

PROFIL ET COMPÉTENCES

Vous êtes titulaire d’un BAC+5 dans le domaine des Achats.

Vous avez une expérience similaire réussie de 5 ans minimum et des capacités de négociations éprouvée

Vous connaissez l’environnement industriel, particulièrement celui de l’agroalimentaire.

Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux, organisé, force de proposition et dotée d’une bonne aisance relationnelle.

Vous savez communiquer de façon impactante, influencer et évoluer dans une organisation matricielle.

Vous avez une très bonne maîtrise d’Excel et de SAP. Vous avez une aisance dans la manipulation des chiffres.

Votre anglais est d’un très bon niveau, notamment pour communiquer avec les fournisseurs, les acheteurs du groupe et des autres filiales dans le monde.

Le poste comporte des déplacements réguliers sur les usines, chez les fournisseurs et sur les salons.
