Qu’allons-nous vous confier?

Puratos est à la recherche d’un(e) stagiaire en Production et Process pour notre site de Grand-Bigard.

Participez à un projet d’envergure : le lancement d’une nouvelle ligne de production destinée à devenir la plus performante du site et une référence pour le groupe Puratos.

Vous participerez au démarrage et à l’optimisation d’une toute nouvelle ligne de production. Ce stage vous permettra de contribuer à l’amélioration de la performance, à la définition de nouveaux standards et à la résolution de défis techniques au sein d’une équipe multidisciplinaire dynamique.

En bref : un stage qui vous fera découvrir les nombreuses facettes de la gestion de production sur le terrain.

Vous travaillerez avec le Process Improvement Engineer (Ingénieur en amélioration des processus). Vous apporterez aussi votre support aux Team Leaders de Production.

Vous serez notamment en charge des tâches suivantes :

Assister le PIE lors des projets d’amélioration et de mise en service de lignes de production.

Collaborer sur la documentation et la standardisation des paramètres de production.

Traiter les KPI de production (collecte des données, validation des vitesses cibles).

Analyser les pertes et les temps non productifs en production.

Assurer le suivi de l’efficacité globale des équipements (OEE - Overall Equipment Effectiveness) des lignes de production dans une démarche Lean Manufacturing.

Rédaction et mise à jour des procédures opératoires standard (SOP) des lignes et processus de production.

Rédaction et la mise à jour des procédures de nettoyage des lignes de production.

Support aux Team Leaders dans leur rôle de people management.

Qui cherchons-nous?

Vous êtes en master Bio-Ingénieur ou Ingénieur Industriel.

Vous avez un excellent niveau de français et de bonens bases en néerlandais ou anglais.

Vous avez un grand intérêt pour la production et les process.

Vous avez le sens du détail et de bonnes capacités d’analyse.

Vous faites preuve de proactivité, motivation, organisation et êtes capable de travailler de manière indépendante.

Vous montrez de l’intérêt pour et des facilité avec l’informatique. Nous utilisons les outils SAP, MES, PCS7, Excel.

Période du stage : durant le premier semester 2027

Durée du stage : 3 mois (minimum 3 jours de stage par semaine)

Localisation du stage : Industrialaan 25, 1702 Grand-Bigard, Belgique
