Celebrating Mid-Autumn Together at Messer Vietnam 🌕

The Mid-Autumn Festival brought colleagues across Messer Vietnam’s plants and offices together in a spirit of reunion and appreciation. Through thoughtful gifts and warm wishes from our Leadership Team, we celebrated the happiness of our people and their families, reinforcing our commitment to a supportive, inclusive workplace where well-being matters just as much as performance. 💛

Making a difference together at the Üröm Animal Shelter 🐕

Our colleagues in Hungary volunteered at the Üröm Animal Shelter, helping care for animals through dog walking, fence repairs and other hands-on activities. Thanks to their teamwork and generous donations, they also provided essential supplies to support the shelter’s daily work. It was a meaningful opportunity to give back, strengthen team spirit and make a positive difference for animals in need.

The impressive "employee tree"

When you enter Messer’s headquarters in Bad Soden, one feature immediately catches the eye: our employee tree. Wrapped around a central column, the first names of thousands of Messer colleagues rise toward the ceiling. Recently enhanced with mirrors, the installation reflects everyone who looks into it, symbolizing the inclusion of all who join us and bringing our employee tree to life in a meaningful, personal way.

Messer China team celebrate the Global Diversity Awareness Month

In China, employees from over 20 sites have celebrated the Global Diversity Awareness Month. More than 100 nice photos were collected and have been scrolling across the screens of Messer China companies these days.

Our colleagues hit the streets alongside 60,000 runners for the world-famous J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge.

With the Messer logo on the front and “Living Respect”, our brand for diversity, on the back, our colleagues brought a shared spirit of connection, respect and belonging to the race. Moments like this are part of life at Messer: people from different teams coming together, supporting one another and creating memories beyond the workplace.
