Ben jij iemand die graag technische problemen oplost, gebruikers verder helpt en energie krijgt van een gevarieerde IT-functie? Heb je een goede kennis van IT en netwerken en wil je jouw technische expertise verder ontwikkelen?

Voor een stabiele organisatie in Roeselare zijn we op zoek naar een IT Helpdeskmedewerker om het interne IT-team te versterken.

In deze functie combineer je eerste- en tweedelijnssupport met het installeren, configureren en onderhouden van verschillende IT-systemen. Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers en zorgt ervoor dat technische problemen efficiënt worden opgelost. Daarnaast ondersteun je gebruikers bij softwaretoepassingen en help je hen om vlot met de beschikbare systemen te werken.

Je komt terecht in een brede en afwisselende functie waarin je jouw technische kennis, analytische vaardigheden en klantgerichte aanpak dagelijks kunt inzetten.

Wat ga je doen?

Je biedt eerste- en tweedelijnssupport via telefoon en e-mail en volgt meldingen op van registratie tot oplossing.

Je analyseert en verhelpt technische problemen met hardware, software en netwerken.

Je installeert, configureert en onderhoudt computers, randapparatuur en andere IT-systemen.

Je biedt eerstelijnsondersteuning bij bedrijfseigen softwaretoepassingen.

Je helpt gebruikers bij IT-gerelateerde vragen en zorgt ervoor dat ze vlot met de systemen kunnen werken.

Je geeft praktische uitleg en opleidingen aan gebruikers over de beschikbare IT-toepassingen.

Je draagt bij aan een stabiele, efficiënte en betrouwbare IT-werking.

Wie zoeken we?

Must-haves

Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in een relevante richting, of over gelijkwaardige kennis en ervaring.

Je hebt minstens 2 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen IT-support of een gelijkaardige IT-functie.

Je hebt een grondige kennis van IT en netwerken.

Je beschikt over een basiskennis van Microsoft Windows Server en VMware.

Je hebt een basiskennis van het Microsoft Office-pakket.

Je communiceert vlot en kunt technische informatie op een begrijpelijke manier uitleggen.

Je bent flexibel, discreet, stressbestendig en werkt oplossingsgericht.

Nice-to-haves

Je hebt ervaring met eerste- en tweedelijnssupport.

Je hebt ervaring met het installeren en onderhouden van hardware en IT-systemen.

Je hebt ervaring met verschillende softwaretoepassingen, waaronder bedrijfseigen software.

Je hebt ervaring met het ondersteunen en opleiden van eindgebruikers.

Je bent vertrouwd met een IT-omgeving waarin meerdere gebruikers of locaties worden ondersteund.

Wat mag je verwachten?

Een voltijdse functie met een vast contract van onbepaalde duur.
