Wat ga je doen?

Leveranciers (Accounts Payable)

Je bereidt aankoopfacturen voor en zorgt dat alle nodige gegevens, bestelbons en leveringsinformatie volledig zijn. Zo draag je bij aan een vlotte betalingsflow.

Je boekt facturen in en volgt het goedkeuringsproces op. Bij vertragingen onderneem je proactief actie.

Je zet de leveranciersbetalingen klaar.

Je controleert en verwerkt aanmaningen.

Klanten (Accounts Receivable)

Je importeert en verstuurt verkoopfacturen d.m.v. Peppol en mail.

Je beantwoordt klantenvragen op een vlotte en klantgerichte manier.

Je zorgt voor een correcte voorbereiding van terugbetalingen.

Je boekt bankuittreksels en volgt afwijkingen zoals dubbele betalingen op.

Divers & ondersteuning

Je bestelt magazijnbenodigdheden, kantoormateriaal en verzorgt andere aankopen.

Je volgt bestellingen en leveringen nauwgezet op.

Je coördineert het aankoopproces in nauwe samenwerking met andere diensten

Je springt, indien nodig, bij als back-up voor collega’s.

Je voelt je thuis in een digitale werkomgeving en volgt nieuwe technologieën met interesse.

Jouw profiel

Je hebt een diploma in een financiële richting

Je beschikt over een eerste relevante werk- of stage-ervaring

Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel

Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en proactief

Je bent een echte teamplayer en communicatief sterk

Een basiskennis Frans is mooi meegenomen.

Kennis van Business Central (BC) en/of Microsoft CRM is een plus
