Chargé de Projets Industriels H/F

Mission

Assurer la gestion et la coordination des projets industriels et investissements (études, spécification techniques, cahiers des charges, suivi de la construction, etc.),

Veiller à la bonne réalisation des projets en termes de sécurité, qualité, coûts, délais, et participe activement à la performance technique du site.

Rattachement hiérarchique: Responsable Services Techniques

Localisation : Terminal de Montoir de Bretagne

Responsabilités

Gestion de projets industriels

Piloter les études et la réalisation des projets (études, planning, budget, coordination des équipes internes et prestataires).

Participer à la rédaction des cahiers des charges techniques et au choix des fournisseurs.

Suivre la réalisation des travaux jusqu’à la mise en service.

Assurer la conformité réglementaire et la sécurité lors des interventions.

Support technique & maintenance

Apporter un appui technique au service maintenance et logistique ainsi qu’aux équipes projets Yara.

Analyser les dysfonctionnements récurrents et proposer des actions correctives et préventives.

Participer à la définition des plans de maintenance et à leur optimisation.

Amélioration continue & innovation

Identifier des opportunités d’amélioration (process, équipements, consommation énergétique).

Contribuer à la mise en place de standards techniques et de bonnes pratiques.

Participer aux audits internes et externes.

Profile

Formation et expérience:

Bac +2 Minimum domaine génie industriel, mécanique, maintenance,électrotechnique ou équivalent.

Expérience confirmée (3 à 5 ans minimum) en gestion de projets industriels et/ou maintenance technique.

Compétences requises

Techniques

Gestion de projet industriel (Gantt, budget, coordination pluridisciplinaire).

Connaissances en mécanique, automatisme, électricité, instrumentation ou génie des procédés.

Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et logiciels de gestion de projet (MS Project, SAP, etc.).

Connaissance des normes sécurité, qualité et environnement (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.).

Comportementales

Leadership et capacité à fédérer.

Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et autonomie.

Capacité d’analyse et de décision.

Esprit d’équipe, communication et pédagogie.
