Project Manager

Responsibilities

Manage virtual teams across different departments to ensure continuous alignment between various stakeholders.

Deliver business and technical projects on-time, on-scope, and on-budget using established project methodologies.

Define project budgets, manage approvals through governance bodies, and monitor variances to prevent cost overruns.

Develop realistic project plans and secure commitments from various departments regarding expected results.

Identify risks pro-actively and initiate appropriate actions or escalations to mitigate potential issues.

Provide continuous reporting on project status to management and offer day-to-day coaching to team members.

Profiel

Requirements

You have 5+ years of experience as a dedicated Project Manager within complex, large-scale environments.

You bring a proven track record in managing end-to-end business and technical projects involving IT development.

You possess proficiency in project management methodologies including PMI, Prince 2, and Agile.

You have experience using office and planning tools such as MS Project, Excel, Powerpoint, and Word.

You're an autonomous and result-driven professional with strong leadership and conflict management skills.

You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

Nice to Haves

Experience with MS-Access.

Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness in a continuously changing environment.
