About the Role

As an Administrative Assistant / Technical Buyer, you will initially provide administrative support to our purchasing department, assisting with the processing and follow-up of procurement activities.

Over time, your role may expand to include additional administrative responsibilities, such as supporting service reporting, accounting, marketing, sales, time registration, invoice preparation and project cost calculations.

Depending on your interests and experience, the position can also evolve into a Technical Buyer role, where you will be responsible for purchasing technical components. While this is not a requirement from the start, a technical background is a valuable asset.

This is an office-based position within our company.

Your Profile

You work in a structured and organised manner

You are proficient with computers and Microsoft Office applications

You are fluent in spoken and written Dutch and English

A technical background is an advantage

You are accurate, proactive and enjoy supporting multiple departments

You are eager to learn and develop your skills
