Are you ready to join a pioneering team, contribute to the growth of our Project Business, and shape the future of project execution? In this role you will create and improve global standards, processes, procedures, and guidelines that enable successful Project Business execution. To help you succeed, we’ll provide you with everything you need so that we’re driving impact together from day one. You’ll find a stable working environment, exceptional support, learning and development, and a great team around you. Here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage

A recognized project management certification, such as PMP.

A minimum of eight years of hands-on experience in project management, process improvement, or operational excellence within the construction industry

Proven ability to develop, implement, and continuously improve global processes, standards, procedures, frameworks, and governance structures

Strong analytical experience in assessing end-to-end workflows, identifying bottlenecks and root causes, and translating data and operational insights into practical, measurable improvements

Demonstrated experience in process optimization, KPI definition and analysis, performance measurement, and business case development

Experience in developing and delivering training and capability-building programs, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills, and the ability to translate hands-on project experience into scalable concepts, standards, and ways of working that shape project execution across the organization.
