About the role

We are looking for someone autonomous, creative and proactive to join Mixvoip’s marketing team. Your mission is simple: create content that people actually want to watch, read and share.

Not content that sits in endless approval cycles. Not content that takes three weeks to produce. Not content created because "marketing said we need content".

You'll help tell the story of Mixvoip through videos, social media, blog articles, product pages, customer stories, interviews, events, behind-the-scenes moments and company news.

You do not need to be the director of a Hollywood blockbuster. But you do need to be someone who gets things done.

We want someone who:

Takes initiative naturally

Proposes ideas

Experiments constantly

Learns fast

Is comfortable trying things that might fail

Does not require micro-management to move projects forward

You will work directly with the Head of Sales & Marketing and collaborate with multiple teams across the company. You will receive onboarding to understand our products, services and ecosystem, but we expect autonomy quickly.

What you will do ?

Content creation

You will help create content across all our communication channels.

This includes:

Capturing what really happens inside Mixvoip

Producing short-form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok

Filming interviews, customer stories and testimonials

Covering events, trade shows and company activities

Editing videos, reels and visual assets

Creating social media posts

Writing blog articles and press releases

Creating and updating website content

Translating technical topics into content that everyone can understand

Helping improve our online visibility through relevant and useful content

You should be comfortable both behind and in front of the camera.

And even more importantly: you should be comfortable convincing colleagues to appear on camera too.

Content creation is a process, not a one-shot project.

What your typical week could look like

No two weeks are identical, but a typical week could look something like this:

Website content (20-30%)

You will:

Create new product pages

Improve existing content

Update service descriptions

Create landing pages

Improve SEO content

Keep information accurate and up to date

Articles, blog posts and press releases (10-15%)

You will:

Write blog articles

Draft customer stories

Prepare press releases

Support product launches and company announcements

Social media (10-15%)

You will:

Create posts

Adapt content to different platforms

Repurpose existing content

Monitor engagement

Video production (40-60%)

The remaining time.

You will:

Film content

Edit content

Publish content

Test new formats

Cover events

Create interviews and testimonials

Video is a major part of the role, but it is not the entire role.

We're looking for a content creator, not just a videographer.

What do we need from you?

Excellent communication skills in French and English

Luxembourgish or German are strong assets

Strong autonomy and ownership mindset

Good writing skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Good understanding of modern social media formats

Curiosity about technology, AI and business topics

Ability to transform complex topics into simple content

Comfortable working with different teams and personalities

Bonus points if:

You already run your own Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or LinkedIn content

You create content as a hobby

You enjoy experimenting with AI tools

You know how to make "boring" topics interesting

Step 3: Show us your creativity

For shortlisted candidates, we will organise a practical content creation challenge directly in our offices.

You will be asked to create a short 10-20 second video using only the environment around you.

There is no imposed scenario.

You choose the angle. You choose the story. You choose the format.

We're not looking for perfection.

We're looking for creativity, initiative, storytelling and execution.

At 44, I’m a driven entrepreneur with enthusiasm, determination, and a balance of energy and structure. I believe in planning, organization, and leading with purpose.

A former handball player, I value teamwork and know that great results come from working toward a common goal. That mindset shapes Mixvoip’s culture every day.

I’m passionate about business, innovation, and creativity, always seeking new ideas and better ways to work. If I seem intense at times, it’s simply the passion I have for Mixvoip.

Oh, and I love kite surfing, my number one hobby during holidays.
