You will investigate, design, and implement automation capabilities that support governance activities and improve data quality across project and portfolio management processes.

The assignment consists of two main workstreams:

Workstream 1: Governance Automation

You will analyze current governance processes and identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven support. Typical activities could include:

Automating reminders for open actions and decisions from governance meetings.

Monitoring due dates for mandatory project and portfolio deliverables.

Sending proactive notifications for overdue documents, reports, and governance submissions.

Designing escalation mechanisms for non-compliance.

Creating dashboards and insights that provide visibility into governance compliance.

You will design and implement solutions that compare information across multiple sources and identify inconsistencies.
