As an International HR Consultant you will provide group‑wide advisory services to our overseas subsidiaries on personnel and employment law matters, including dismissals and employment contracts.

Offer HR support with an international focus to a defined employee group, handling all HR‑related inquiries within a smaller, internationally oriented company.

Act as a strategic partner for senior management, delivering advice on HR strategies that have cross‑border implications.

Participate in the development and implementation of group‑wide HR policies, processes and change‑management initiatives with an international dimension.

Provide administrative assistance to overseas subsidiaries, such as drafting employment contracts, preparing certificates, and processing electronic time‑recording data (ATOSS).
