Technicien QC

Notre client est le fabriquant d’un grand groupe, producteur de principes actifs, de ses intermédiaires correspondants, et de chimie fine pour l'industrie pharmaceutique internationale.

Descriptif du poste

En tant que technicien contrôle qualité, vous êtes en charge des analyses effectuées sur les matières premières, intermédiaires et en-cours de fabrication, ainsi que des produits finis. Nous offrons un poste en CDI assorti d’une période d’essai. Travail en 2 pauses, rotation hebdomadaire matin et après midi. Vous rapportez directement au responsable du laboratoire ainsi qu’à son assistante.

Réaliser les analyses en fonction des impératifs de production et du planning établi, en suivant les procédures/protocoles en vigueur: pH, Karl Fisher, titrimétrie, point de fusion, densité, techniques chromatographiques (HPLC, GC) et spectrométriques (IR, UV)

Participer au programme de calibration et de maintenance des appareils utilisés

Assurer un reporting immédiat à son supérieur hiérarchique en cas de déviation, incidence, résultat hors spécifications, ou pour tout résultat hors tendance

Appliquer avec rigueur les bonnes pratiques de laboratoire, de documentation, ainsi que celles relatives à la sécurité et à l'environnement

Participer aux tâches quotidiennes du laboratoire

Compétences et domaines d'expertise souhaités

Bachelier en chimie

Expériences requises de 3 à 5 ans.

Connaissance théorique et pratique des techniques chromatographiques (HPLC, GC) est un plus

Sens de l'organisation et de la planification

Très rigoureux

Esprit d'analyse

Critique face à son travail/ouvert à la discussion

S’intègre facilement à une équipe

Utilisation de la suite Office
