To strengthen our Corporate Communications team, we are looking for a Digital Sr. Communications Specialist.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage Yazaki EMEA's corporate social media channels, including content planning, publishing and performance monitoring

Create engaging digital content for internal and external communication channels

Produce and edit short videos, graphics and other digital communication assets

Maintain and update content within the corporate website Content Management System (CMS)

Create and maintain SharePoint communication pages and support Microsoft Teams communication spaces

Use AI-powered tools to enhance content creation, productivity and communication workflows

Identify, evaluate and recommend digital communication tools and technologies that improve team performance and communication effectiveness

Pilot new communication technologies and support their adoption within the Corporate Communications team

Monitor digital communication trends and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement

Support governance and consistency across Yazaki EMEA's digital communication channels

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in same/similar roles (Digital Communications, Social Media Management, Corporate Communications etc.)

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Communications, Marketing, Social Sciences)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Experience managing corporate social media channels

Experience working with website Content Management Systems (CMS)

Experience creating digital communication assets, including videos and visual content

Experience working with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams

Practical experience using AI-powered tools to improve communication content and productivity

Innovative and technology-aware, with strong analytical thinking and a continuous improvement mindset
