Pflichtpraktikant / Werkstudent (m/w/d) HR Analytics

Du unterstützt im Bereich HR Analytics bei der Erstellung von Standardberichten und Ad Hoc-Auswertungen.

Du betreust zyklische, datenbasierte HR-Prozesse.

Du erstellst Entscheidungsvorlagen für die relevanten Stakeholder und unterstützt bei der Budgetplanung.

Du bist bei der Planung und Implementierung von HR-Projekten beteiligt.

Du studierst Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder Controlling.

Du konntest idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im HR Analytics-Bereich sammeln.

Du besitzt eine hohe Zahlenaffinität und zeichnest dich durch eine zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus.

Du arbeitest gerne im Team und hast einen sehr sicheren Umgang mit den MS Office-Programmen, insbesondere mit MS Excel.
