Our Excelitas site in Kelheim specialises in the development and production of camera systems in the high-performance sector. Excelitas cameras are successfully used as standard products, but also in customer-specific systems of well-known companies, in the fields of scientific research, industry and the automotive sector.

Your tasks

Serve as a strategic business partner to plant management and other key functions, providing guidance on financial and business-related matters.

Take ownership of controlling activities for the Kelheim site, delivering meaningful reports, analyses, and insights to support informed business decisions.

Manage investment controlling and provide financial guidance throughout the planning and execution of capital investment projects.

Actively contribute to the preparation of monthly and year-end closing activities as well as forecasts.

Coordinate and take ownership of the budgeting process for the Kelheim site.

Apply your expertise to special projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Continuously enhance existing controlling tools, reporting processes, and analytical capabilities.

Support and manage funding and grant-related projects for the Kelheim site.

Identify opportunities for optimization and actively drive the continuous improvement of processes and workflows.

Your Profile

A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, preferably with a focus on Controlling.

Experience in project and/or process management.

Several years of controlling experience in an international business environment.

Strong English communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to perform effectively in a dynamic environment.

Strong working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications.

A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and a willingness to actively drive and embrace change.

A genuine passion for the responsibilities described above and the motivation to contribute to the success of both the team and the organization.

An interest in building a long-term career with our company and a willingness to work on-site in Kelheim.
