In deiner Lehre lernst du alles rund um die Zubereitung vielfältiger Gerichte, den richtigen Umgang mit Lebensmitteln sowie die wichtigsten Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards. Mit Geschmackssinn, Kreativität und Teamgeist entwickelst du dich Schritt für Schritt zum Küchenprofi.

Das sind deine Aufgaben

Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Umsetzung von Menüplänen

Mithilfe bei der Vorbereitung, Bestellung und Lagerung von Waren

Durchführung von Wareneingangs- und Qualitätskontrollen sowie fachgerechtes Einräumen der Lieferungen

Unterstützung bei der Zubereitung von Speisen sowie schrittweise Übernahme eigener Aufgabenbereiche

Bedienung des Kassensystems inklusive Kassenabrechnung und Bargeldmanagement

Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards (HACCP, Arbeitssicherheit und Arbeitskleidung)

Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Inhouse-Events und Veranstaltungen

Aktive Einbringung von Ideen und Mitwirkung bei der Arbeitsorganisation im Küchenteam
