Location: Eindhoven (Strijp-T) | Hours: 40 hours per week | Employment type: Direct employment
We’re looking for a Technician to join the Avular Team!
As a Technician at Avular, making our beautiful products is what you do. You will be responsible for assembling our Vertex, Origin, and many more products with the right quality and within the agreed timeline. It is a hands-on job where you will be part of and work together with the operations team, under the supervision of our Operations Lead.
🚀 YOUR MISSION
Assembly of our mechatronic products. So, you’re not afraid to mechanically assemble modules, solder or connect wiring to the PCBs, or flash software.
Perform (visual) inspections, tests and quality checks on components and final assemblies.
Record assembly and test data accurately in our information systems.
Prepare our products so they are ready for shipment.
Prepare and organise tools, workstations, and materials.
Collaborate with engineers and other Technicians to clarify instructions and learn best practices.
Take ownership of our workshop. Organise, maintain, and improve the electronics/mechanical workshop, taking responsibility for equipment availability, workplace organisation, safety, and consumables.
⚡ WHO YOU ARE
You have 2+ years of experience assembling mechatronic modules/systems.
You’re precise and well-organised.
You feel comfortable in proactively promoting a clean and organised work environment and encouraging colleagues to take responsibility for their workspace.
You can read and work with instructions and/or engineering drawings
You’re able to provide feedback on and deal with challenges and inconveniences during assembly.
Working proficiency in both spoken and written English.
Experience with software flashing, 3D printing, PCB assembly and/or proficiency with power tools is a bonus.
