Your challenge

Manage, implement and further develop Salesforce CRM, including new features, integrations, automation, and AI solutions (in close cooperation with the Global CRM Team and Global IT).

Translate and improve customer and sales processes across CRM and related systems to support efficient and seamless workflows.

Support users through training, workshops and helping teams get the most value from CRM and commercial tools.

Ensure high data quality, reporting, dashboards, and meaningful business insights across CRM and commercial processes.

Develop and implement Commercial Excellence standards, processes, and best practices across the division.

Analyze commercial performance, track KPIs, and identify opportunities for improvement in sales processes, forecasting, and pricing.

Your Profile

Relevant education or work experience in a related field

Experience in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), Commercial Excellence or similar areas

Strong analytical and KPI-driven mindset

Understanding of sales processes and customer journeys

Interest in digitalization, automation, and AI

Experience in training users and driving change

Fluent English and strong communication skills

The gross annual salary for this position is approximately EUR 65,000 including variable bonus components and additional monetary benefits.
