Your Responsibilities

Recruit engineers specialized in electronics and embedded systems (You build your own dream team!)

Identify and develop new business opportunities across Belgium,

Build and maintain long-term client relationships,

Support consultants throughout their assignments,

Ensure high client and team satisfaction through structured feedback and continuous refinement,

Contribute to the local business development strategy - As the office grows, so will your scope !

Your Profile

Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business

First experience as a Business Engineer in Belgium

Strong interest in technology and engineering environments

Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for challenges

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Autonomous, proactive, and well-organized

Fluent in English, French is a strong asset, Dutch is a plus
