Ausbildung Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d)

In der 2-jährigen Ausbildung erwirbst Du umfassende Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten von der Wartung und fachgerechten Bedienung der Maschinen über die Qualitätssicherung bis hin zur Dokumentation der Herstell- und Abfüllprozesse.

Ausbildungsinhalte

Einrichtung, Inbetriebnahme und Bedienung von sowohl einfachen Maschinen als auch neu entwickelten High-Tech-Anlagen

Vorbereitung von verschiedenen Arbeitsabläufen und Überprüfung der Maschinenfunktionen

Kontrolle der Ware vor Arbeitsbeginn, Planung der Arbeitsabläufe sowie Abtransportieren der hergestellten Produkte

Überwachung und Steuerung der Abfüllung unserer Produkte in Flaschen, Spritzen und Kunststoff-Einwegdosierer

Inspizierung und Wartung der Maschinen in regelmäßigen Abständen, um deren Betriebsbereitschaft sicherzustellen
