Operate manufacturing, workshop, and finishing equipment safely while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices.
Conduct incoming receiving inspections and finished assembly quality checks, identifying and logging Non-Conforming Material when necessary.
Assist in maintaining a clean, compliant production environment according to company quality guidelines.
Inventory Management (25%)
Oversee stock movements, receiving, storing, and issuing raw materials, hardware, and sub-assemblies in accordance with controlled inventory practices.
Conduct regular cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconcile physical inventory with ERP/inventory software systems.

Organize and maintain controlled inventory storage systems (kitting, lot tracking, labeling, bin locations).

Package finished lower limb prosthetics and sub-assemblies securely according to packaging validation standards.
Prepare shipping documentation, freight labels, pick lists, and international customs paperwork as required.
Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments for damage or quality discrepancies against purchase orders.
Coordinate pick-ups and deliveries with logistics carriers and shipping vendors.
Facility & Office Maintenance (15%)
Perform day-to-day minor facility repairs and maintenance (e.g., replacing lightbulbs, minor fixture fixes, basic troubleshooting).
Handle physical sorting, moving, and proper disposal/recycling of facility materials, boxes, and non-hazardous scrap components.
Maintain shop floor, lab, and office spaces in a clean, calibrated, and organized condition compliant with safety and quality standards.
