As a bus driver, you ensure that passengers reach their destinations safely and comfortably. Whether they are travelling to work, school, visiting family or enjoying a day out, you are the friendly face behind the wheel.

You are the main point of contact for passengers during their journey, assist them with questions and provide a safe and pleasant travel experience.

Based in Dedemsvaart, you will drive various routes and shifts throughout the region. You will work independently, meet different people every day and contribute to reliable public transport.

About the employer

Through Allroad, you will work for a major public transport operator in the Netherlands.

As a bus driver, you will transport passengers along various routes in Dedemsvaart and the surrounding area. You will become part of a professional team that works every day to provide safe, comfortable and reliable public transport.

Working hours may vary. Some shifts start early in the morning, while others take place in the afternoon, evening or during weekends.

You will initially start working through Allroad. After a successful period, there is the possibility of transitioning into a permanent position directly with the public transport operator.

What we expect from you

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and customer-oriented bus drivers who enjoy working with people and take responsibility for the safety of their passengers.

In addition:

You hold a valid Category D driving licence;

You have a valid Code 95 qualification, or are willing to obtain one;

You have a valid medical fitness certificate or are willing to obtain one;

You can provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) or are willing to apply for one;

You have a good command of English and/or Dutch. Speaking Dutch is not required;

You are customer-friendly, professional and service-oriented;

You take responsibility for the safety and comfort of your passengers;

You are reliable and punctual;

You are willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends;

You live in Dedemsvaart or the surrounding area.

We offer:

A monthly salary between €2,954 and €3,462, including irregular-hours allowances (ORT), depending on experience;

Additional allowances for irregular working hours;

Travel expense reimbursement;

A flexible contract of 96 to 128 hours per four weeks;

Paid annual leave in accordance with the applicable collective labour agreement;

A varied and independent job with different routes and shifts;

Personal guidance and support from Allroad;

One dedicated point of contact and clear communication;

A welcoming working environment for both Dutch and English-speaking drivers;

The opportunity to obtain your Code 95 qualification if needed;

The prospect of a permanent employment contract directly with EBS.
