Poultry cutting operator (M/F)

Our client, based in Lassay-les-Châteaux, specializes in the production and packaging of poultry and is looking for a Poultry cutting operator (M/F).

Under the responsibility of the Team Leader, you will be required to carry out poultry cutting operations. Your daily routine combines technical precision with compliance with sanitary standards:

Use of the shell chain for cutting and trimming pieces.

Systematic visual verification of the conformity of the cuts.

Transport of cut pieces to packaging containers.

Maintaining the cleanliness of your workstation to ensure food safety.

You are recognized for your rigor and your ability to work in a team.

Working in a cool environment (around 5°C) does not scare you. You are comfortable with paced work and repetitive tasks.

No specific training is required: your motivation, your commitment, and your respect for safety and hygiene instructions will be your best assets.
