Sanding and Gluing Operator (M/F)

Are you looking for a new challenge in a stimulating industrial environment? Actual is recruiting for one of its clients, a recognized industrial group specializing in the manufacturing and fitting of advanced technical equipment, an Sanding and Gluing Operator (M/F) in Toulouse.

Your daily missions

Performing sanding operations (often using an orbital sander) and cleaning composite or metal parts before assembly.

Technical gluing: Application of adhesive products or structural glues (sometimes using a glue gun) while scrupulously respecting procedures, technical instructions, and drying/application times.

Assembly & Finishes: Positioning and adjusting elements (sealing, light fasteners) in accordance with aeronautical production requirements.

Quality Control: Visual verification of the conformity of produced parts and reporting of any anomalies.

This is a temporary mission based on a working time of 37h50 per week (35h of effective work + 2h50 of paid break). You will benefit from an adaptation period of 3 to 6 months. Remuneration is based on the internal grid with advantageous bonuses for night work, Sundays, or public holidays. You will also benefit from meal vouchers worth 12 euros (60% covered by the employer), as well as 50% coverage of your transport subscriptions or a fuel allowance.

To fill the position of Sanding and Gluing Operator (M/F), we are looking for a qualified professional with solid experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar industrial environment.

The ideal candidate has a technical education of Level V Title

BEP/CAP or equivalent, allowing them to understand the specificities of sanding and gluing with rigor.

Previous experience in an industrial environment (composite materials, carpentry, bodywork, or painting) is highly appreciated.
