Actual is hiring a Manufacturing Operator (M/F) to join a pharmaceutical industrial environment!

YOUR MISSIONS

At the heart of pharmaceutical production, you participate in the manufacturing of solutions intended for packaging in vials and ampoules.

Perform the weighing of raw materials, from a few grams to several hundred kilos.

Identify and check raw materials: references, batch numbers, expiry dates and compliance.

Prepare materials according to manufacturing instructions and respect FIFO rules.

Perform mixing and filtration operations and associated checks.

Check manufacturing parameters using measuring devices: pH meter, scales and other equipment.

Fill in batch records to ensure the traceability of operations.

Monitor the proper functioning of equipment and report any anomaly.

Ensure the cleaning of workshops and equipment in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

You also ensure compliance with hygiene and safety rules and the wearing of personal protective equipment (PPE).

YOUR PROFILE

Are you recognized for your seriousness and your ability to work with precision?

We are looking for a person who possesses

A good command of weighing and dosage calculations.

The ability to read and apply manufacturing instructions.

A good understanding of traceability and quality control rules.

Ease in using measuring devices, in particular scales and the pH meter.

The ability to use a pallet truck.

A first experience in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic or agri-food industry is an asset.

YOUR SCHEDULE

2x8 shift work

Monday to Thursday: 5:00-13:00 or 13:00-21:00.

Friday: 5:00-12:00 or 12:00-19:00.
