Your daily missions

Perform cutting, deboning, and preparation of various meat cuts.

Propose products adapted to customer needs and promote the department's specialties.

Check the quality, freshness, and traceability of products.

Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety rules.

Participate in stock management and maintenance of the workstation.

The ideal profile

You have experience in butchery or butchery sales, ideally in retail.

You master meat cutting and preparation techniques, depending on the position held.

You have a commercial sense, good interpersonal skills, and a taste for teamwork.

To excel as a Butcher / Butcher sales assistant (M/F), you must have solid professional experience of 3 years, allowing you to perfectly master the techniques of cutting, deboning, and trimming meat.

Your technical expertise is based on a qualifying training of BEP/CAP or equivalent, guaranteeing your know-how in compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
