Your main missions

On a daily basis, you will ensure the receipt and quality control of incoming shipments. You master preparation techniques: scaling, gutting, filleting, and cutting. You are responsible for the presentation of the display and strictly ensure compliance with the cold chain as well as food hygiene and safety rules. Your role is also commercial: you welcome and advise our customers with a smile.

The profile we are looking for

Ideally with experience in fishmongery or retail, you possess recognized technical know-how. You are a rigorous, dynamic person and you enjoy teamwork. Your sense of customer service is your major asset.

As a Fishmonger (M/F), you will be the guarantor of the quality and freshness of our seafood products. We are looking for a passionate candidate with solid professional experience of 3 years, allowing you to be immediately operational and autonomous in managing your department.

The ideal profile holds a (BEP/CAP or equivalent) and demonstrates perfect mastery of cutting, preparation, and presentation techniques for fish and shellfish. Your technical expertise, combined with your sense of customer service and your rigor regarding hygiene and food safety, will be decisive in ensuring the satisfaction of our clientele.
