Poultry trussing agent (M/F)

The ERGOS Roussillon agency is looking for a trussing operator (M/F) in Félines for the slaughterhouse department.

Mobility: You have an autonomous means of transport to get to Félines (area not served by public transport at these times)

Very early hours: You accept a very early start time in the morning (3:45 AM or 4:05 AM) from Monday to Friday.

Saturday work: You accept working 1 out of 2 Saturdays, and every Saturday during high season (end of year / Christmas period).

Environment: You accept working in an agri-food environment (humid atmosphere, odors, standing, and handling carts).

Eligibility for insertion: You meet at least one insertion criterion (Job seeker, RSA, under 26, over 50, single-parent family...).

Placement of elastic bands on whole poultry (chickens, guinea fowl, capons)

Storing poultry on carts after trussing

Handling and moving full carts to the chilling room

Cleaning and tidying the work area

Strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and Food Defense standards

Working conditions & Benefits

Contract: Full-time (35h/week, Monday to Friday)

Hours: Shift start at 3:45 AM or 4:05 AM until the end of activity

Breaks: 30 minutes of break per day (one 20-min break and one 10-min break)

Remuneration: €12.74 gross / hour (i.e., €16.20 gross / hour total gross hourly rate including cold bonus, clothing bonus, 10% IFM, and 10% paid leave)

Bonuses: Cold bonus (+€0.48 / hour) + Clothing bonus (+€1.15 / day)

Equipment: Work clothes and PPE provided by the company
