Mason (M/F)

The ERGOS Roussillon agency is looking for a mason's helper (M/F).

For your application to be selected, you must meet the following requirements

Mobility: You have an autonomous means of transport to get to the Vienne area and accept daily travel to construction sites.

Environment & Position: You are comfortable with outdoor work on construction sites and manual handling of materials (concrete, cinder blocks).

Availability: You are available from Monday to Friday for a long-term position.

Eligibility for integration: You meet at least one integration criterion (Job seeker, RSA recipient, under 26, senior, single-parent family...).

Tasks to perform:

Reading construction plans and marking out

Pouring foundations, slabs, and concrete screeds

Assembling and installing formwork and reinforcement (steel fixing)

Erecting load-bearing structures: walls made of cinder blocks, bricks, rubble stones, or natural stones

Applying finishing plasters and making joints

Creating openings in masonry (doors, windows)

Installing prefabricated elements (lintels, beams, slabs)

Ensuring compliance with safety instructions and maintaining site cleanliness

Schedule and remuneration:

Full-time (35h/week, from Monday to Friday)

Hourly rate: €13.50 gross/hour (i.e., €16.20 gross/hour with the 10% IFM and 10% ICP included)

+ 10% Mission Completion Indemnity (IFM) paid at the end of the contract

+ 10% Paid Leave Indemnity (ICP) paid at the end of each month

The profile we are looking for:

More than just skills or experience, we are primarily looking for motivated people willing to commit! A successful first experience on a construction site is a plus.
