Assembly Technician (M/F)

Your missions / Carry out the assembly of reinforcements by spot welding; for this, you will need to

Handle the manufacturing of a reinforcement

Familiarize yourself with the manufacturing files (production labels and established plans) according to the instructions of the workshop manager and the production schedule

Prepare and set up the workstation

Check the parts before welding (dimensions, length, diameter, etc.)

Perform measurements and markings

Proceed with the assembly of bars and frames by semi-automatic welding

Check the finished reinforcements and apply labels according to the order

Proceed with the packaging of the reinforcements

Sort waste, tidy up (scraps/tools), and clean the workstation

Transmit the manufacturing file of the completed order to the workshop manager

Respect the hygiene and safety instructions dictated by the HQSE department Day shift
