Business Manager (M/F)

ACTUAL PESSAC TERTIAIRE is recruiting for its client, a world leader since 1990 in the market for tools dedicated to Lean Manufacturing (workstations, office furniture) and Visual Management, a Business Manager (M/F) to develop the Western sector (12 departments: 29 - 22 - 56 - 35 - 44 - 53 - 85 - 49 - 79 - 86 - 37 - 72).

You will manage a portfolio of existing clients, targeted around medium and large industrial companies as well as key accounts.

Your main mission: to promote and sell products in your geographical sector.

Consolidate and develop the client portfolio: commercial follow-ups, prospecting, and exploitation of provided qualified prospect files.

Launch and follow up on business: appointment setting, travel organization, equipment presentations, client advice, commercial offers, quote follow-ups.

Provide first-level after-sales service, in connection with the Quality, Production, and Customer Service departments.

Participate in marketing actions and trade shows.

Track your figures and update sales forecasts.

You work daily on the X3 software to manage your activity and are supported in your efforts by the inside sales department. Upon your arrival, a 3-week on-site training is planned, followed by field support.

Position to be filled on a permanent contract (CDI), executive status with a daily flat-rate working time.

Fixed remuneration over 13 months according to profile and experience, vehicle, bonuses based on turnover objectives, profit-sharing.

You have strong commercial experience, acquired in a field role with various industrial clients. Your curiosity (discovering superb factories), your creativity (layout, setting up workstations), and your appetite for technology will be key assets for the position.
