Team Leader (M/F)

The Ergos agency is looking for a formwork site supervisor (M/F) for one of its clients.

Your mission

Under the responsibility of the site manager, your main tasks will be

Supervise and lead a team of formworkers; Organize and distribute your team's work on the site; Carry out and supervise formwork, shuttering, and reinforcement work; Read and interpret plans and technical documents; Ensure compliance with safety instructions and quality rules; Monitor the proper completion of structures and the progress of work; Participate in the work when necessary; Act as a liaison between your team and the site manager.

Sector: Dieppe and surroundings

Start of mission as soon as possible.

You will work on a 35-hour per week basis.

Hourly rate: according to skills + IF + ICCP

Profile sought

You have significant experience in formwork/shuttering and already have experience as a team leader or wish to evolve into this position.

You are

Autonomous and organized; Rigorous and attentive to safety; Comfortable in managing a team; Capable of reading formwork plans; Recognized for your team spirit and sense of responsibility.

Experience in structural work and mastery of formwork and shuttering techniques are essential.
