Façade Site Manager (M/F)

The Actual group is looking for a Site Manager (M/F) for its client, a construction company specializing in painting/façade renovation and industrial flooring.

You manage a team of approximately 3 to 5 people and ensure the successful completion of projects, mainly in façade renovation and maintenance.

You also guarantee the relationship with clients (condominium managers and owners) and monitor ongoing production.

Permanent contract (CDI) position based in Mérignac. Travel within the CUB area.

With a background in painting/façade work, you have initial experience in team management on large construction sites. You master the techniques of façade renovation/ETICS and exterior concrete element renovation.
