Construction laborer (M/F)

Your daily tasks

Under the responsibility of the site manager and in collaboration with skilled workers, you will participate in the smooth running of the work and the preparation of the construction sites.

In this capacity, your main tasks will be as follows

Prepare and secure the construction site area before work begins.

Assist workers in carrying out road and utility network (VRD) works.

Participate in earthmoving, backfilling, and leveling work.

Carry out loading, unloading, and supplying the site with materials and equipment.

Perform various handling tasks necessary for the progress of the work.

Assist in the installation of curbs, pipes, and other road elements, according to site needs.

Use tools and equipment adapted to the work to be carried out.

Ensure the storage of equipment as well as the cleaning of the work area at the end of the site.

Strictly apply safety instructions and ensure compliance with the rules in force on the site.

The ideal candidate ideally possesses previous successful experience in the construction or public works sector, which allows them to be quickly operational in the field.

Mastery of safety rules on construction sites is an imperative skill, as is a sense of teamwork, punctuality, and an ability to listen carefully to instructions.

No specific diploma is required, however, strong motivation and a real desire to learn are the essential drivers of your application.
