Industrial Painter (M/F)

Your missions:

Prepare aluminum parts before treatment (cleaning, sanding, degreasing) to ensure perfect paint adhesion

Clean and sand the profiles

Hang profiles and panels on the spreaders

Degrease parts before application

Apply powder in the lacquering booth with precision according to production instructions

Place parts in the oven, respecting defined times and temperatures

Check the quality of the lacquering using the scratch test

Verify the quality of the finished product (appearance, uniformity, compliance) and report defects

Place finished profiles on trestles and panels in carts

Clean and maintain the workstation and equipment

Participate in the inventory of consumables (powder, alcohol, abrasive paper, gloves, masks)

Ensure the cleanliness and proper functioning of the production area

Working conditions:

Work in a modern workshop specializing in aluminum

Schedule in 2x8 or day shifts depending on organization

You are comfortable with the movements and postures related to handling

You know how to respect manufacturing procedures and ensure consistent quality

You are capable of detecting defects and reporting information
