Job missions

ERP (Emergency Response Plan) Referent

Develop and maintain the ERP manual according to regulatory changes and feedback

Manage the crisis management system: organization, coordination with external partners, regular practical exercises (simulations, tabletop exercises)

Identify areas for improvement in the emergency plan, implement corrective actions

Manage the equipment and resources necessary for the crisis cell, as well as a pool of trained and mobilizable personnel

Monitor service providers related to crisis management (passenger, crew, and family assistance)Security Training

Design and have security training modules approved by the competent authority

Lead training sessions and create pedagogical tools (materials, e-learning, evaluations)

Ensure regulatory monitoring and updating of course materials

Manage administrative training files (trainees and instructors) and report to the Security Management System Manager

Analyze pedagogical gaps and propose corrective actions

Contribute to threat analyses and security communication

Profile sought

Bachelor's degree + 4 years or 4 years of experience in operational management

Ideally a certified airport security instructor

English C1-C2, good command of MS Office

Excellent communication, pedagogical, and organizational skills

Autonomy, rigor, initiative

Good knowledge of aeronautical regulations and the geopolitical environment related to security
