Order Picker CACES 1B (M/F)

Actual SAINT VULBAS is actively looking for an Order Picker CACES 1B (M/F) for 2*8 shifts OR night shifts for an exciting mission in St Vulbas 01150.

Your missions: This position offers you the opportunity to join a dynamic and welcoming team. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for preparing orders in a stimulating environment. Your tasks will include handling orders, manipulating pallets, and complying with safety procedures. The picker takes their empty pallet and, thanks to your scanner, you will be able to get several pieces of information to build your pallet: the row, the level, the number, and the quantity to pick. Lifting loads is to be expected as the bearings can be light and very small or in batches and therefore heavier. Previous experience in order picking would be a plus. This position requires particular attention to detail and the quality of the work performed. Various handling tasks to take into account: palletizing, validation of labeling on computer systems.

Your salary and benefits: From the first day of work you have: an hourly rate of 12.31, i.e., €2259.14 gross monthly, i.e., €1739.54 net including IFM and paid leave. Compensatory rest paid (5% of night hours). Night hours increased from 9 PM to 6 AM by €2.486. Performance bonus from 0 to €150 gross per month.

Then after 6 months of seniority: a 13th month. Meal allowance in 2x8: €5.40 per shift. Night meal allowance: €7.40 per shift. Evolution of the hourly rate to 12.17, i.e., €2233.45 gross monthly, i.e., a net of €1719.75 with IFM and paid leave included (without benefits!).

Your schedule:

If 2x8 team: Mon-Fri 12:40 PM-8:00 PM / Mon-Fri 5:00 AM-12:20 PM including a 20-minute break. If night team: Mon-Fri from 8:30 PM to 3:40 AM including a 20-minute break.
