Start date: Immediate

Contract: Initial one-month temporary contract, renewable

Working hours: 35 hours/week, with Saturday work

Schedule: To be defined

Remuneration: €16.41 gross/hour

Meal vouchers: €5 per day worked

Your daily missions

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of organizing transport operations

Plan and optimize the human and technical resources necessary for operations.

Organize the daily work of drivers in compliance with European social regulations (RSE).

Ensure compliance with customer requirements and service quality.

Optimize operational profitability by limiting costs: waiting times, unnecessary kilometers, route choices, and fuel consumption.

Ensure the smooth running of operations by balancing efficiency, deadline compliance, and cost control.

The profile we are looking for

You have a background in transport.

You ideally have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

You have a good knowledge of regional geography and are comfortable with IT tools.

You are organized, responsive, and have a good sense of anticipation.

Your ability to manage priorities and find solutions will make the difference!
