Within a dynamic department dedicated to development and expertise, you play a key role in supporting and boosting the commercial performance of business introducers and partner networks.
As part of the team reinforcement, you will use your technical mastery and pedagogical sense to serve the network's efficiency, ensuring expert remote support. You will report directly to the Team Manager of Network Expertise and Development Delegates.
Your main missions/responsibilities will be as follows
Optimize the commercial efficiency of partner networks through customized remote coaching (preparation, execution, and follow-up of support meetings).
Analyze competitive offers and study quotes to arm introducers during their sales and enrich industry monitoring.
Structure and follow up on complex or derogatory projects until their final realization.
Design and facilitate captivating skill development sessions to train partners.
