As a 360 Consultant at Actual, you will be at the heart of our agency's development.

Your role will consist of

Prospecting, developing, and retaining a client portfolio by identifying the recruitment needs of industrial companies.

Managing the entire recruitment process: sourcing, evaluation, interviews, and candidate follow-up.

Acting as an advisor to your clients and candidates to ensure optimal support.

Contributing to the agency's performance by achieving your commercial objectives and participating in development strategies.
