Indirect Buyer (M/F)

Join Clayens in Genas as an Indirect Buyer! As part of a 6-month mission, we offer you the opportunity to join a dynamic team where you will have a central role in optimizing our operational performance.

Your missions

As a purchasing expert, you will manage the complete process: needs analysis, calls for tenders, strategic negotiations, and contractualization. You will support our internal clients, manage various purchasing families (MRO, PPE, transport, facility management), and ensure compliance with our QCD and CSR objectives. You will also be responsible for international sourcing and the overall performance of our supplier panel.

The ideal profile

Holding a higher education degree in Purchasing (Bachelor's to Master's level), you have at least 5 years of experience, ideally acquired in an industrial environment. Autonomous and rigorous, you master office tools as well as an ERP. Your interpersonal skills, team spirit, and command of English will be your best assets to succeed in this position.

Practical information

The position is based in Genas (69740) on a 35-hour weekly basis during the day.

The remuneration will be defined according to your experience. (15 to 18€/h, negotiable)

To excel as a Buyer (m/f), you have proven expertise in supply management and commercial negotiation. You ideally possess a Bachelor's to Master's degree in purchasing, logistics, or international trade.

Your profile stands out for an excellent command of management tools and the Microsoft Office Suite, as well as a natural ability to develop long-term relationships with our suppliers. Significant experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a similar position is highly appreciated to successfully carry out your missions.

Endowed with a sharp analytical mind and great rigor, you know how to manage your performance indicators with precision. Your negotiation skills, autonomy, and ability to work in a team will be decisive assets to optimize our costs and guarantee the quality of our purchases.
