ACTUAL CONCARNEAU is looking for a maintenance technician for its client in Concarneau, specializing in seafood products:

Job presentation

The scope of the position allows for personal growth by developing numerous skills, thanks to multiple missions involving work in the company's three workshops: salmon, trays, and seafood. The assistant maintenance manager is responsible for the proper functioning of production tools, as well as the maintenance of the building as a whole.

In an agri-food environment, specializing in seafood products, you will be in charge of

Preventive maintenance

Analyzing potential malfunctions to implement corrective actions

Optimizing and improving the performance of production equipment

Maintenance work on the building infrastructure of the pretreatment station

Corrective maintenance

Ensuring equipment availability on a daily basis (assembly and adjustment of production lines)

Meeting production targets

Providing technical assistance

Safety

Ensuring the application of quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Monitoring the handling equipment fleet (stacker/pallet truck/counterbalance forklift)

Working hours: 35h over 5 days and exceptionally some weekends depending on certain public holidays. Variable hours.
